Tracy Bialek, managing director of Ripple Product Pty Ltd, has grown an innovative product idea into an award winning business. She has been rewarded for her hard work and acknowledged as a business woman who has successfully commercialised an innovation in Australia.

Tracy Bialek was announced as a Winner of the 2007 (Victorian) Australian Government Innovation Award. Now in it’s 13th year, the Telstra Business Women’s Awards, recognises and rewards the ingenuity and innovation of Australia’s most outstanding business women.

Speaking to the 1000-person audience at the Crown Ballroom in Melbourne, she thanked her staff’s commitment to the environment and their ability to work solidly in a growing sector.

Ripple Products started with one product idea – The Shower Timer. With its continual success, and selling over 1 million units in the last year, the company has been able to establish strong client relationships and introduce new products into the environment sector. Ripple Products are committed to developing products that educate and that align themselves with environmental messages.
