  1. Eco Voice, Eco Clubs Organisation and UNESCO Clubs Australia accept no responsibility for your Eco Club.
  2. Eco Voice's role is strictly the promotion of Eco Club projects throughout Australia and internationally.
  3. Eco Voice is strongly committed to protecting your privacy while interacting with our content, products and services. Whenever we collect personal information from you we will do so in a lawful and fair way. We will also advise you how and where to contact us. Personal information will only be disclosed where:
    - we have your consent
    - we told you when collecting it that it would be disclosed for that purpose
    - for a related purpose, we are required by law to disclose it or it is otherwise permitted under the Privacy Act.
  4. We will provide you with a low cost way of contacting us if you wish to opt out from receiving further marketing information. In accordance with the Act, direct marketing offers will contain an opportunity to opt out.
  5. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will take required steps to ensure that the information we collect is protected from loss and misuse and from unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
  6. Each Eco Club is fully responsible for its actions.

Eco Voice agrees to

  • Promote your Eco Club through a dedicated section of our site
  • Connect your Eco Club with other Eco Clubs and suitable contacts in your area to aid your Club with environmental activities, sponsorship and other reasonable requests where possible
  • Australian UNESCO Clubs agree to recognise your Eco Club:
  • Provided your goals align with UNESCO's sustainable development goals to benefit the environment
  • Your Eco Club must operate on a not for profit basis.

 

On behalf of your Eco Club you agree to

  • Assume all responsibility for your actions including legal and financial matters as well as
    safety and property damage
  • Take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well being of your Club members
    and those of the general public and to undertake any necessary training or provision
  • Ensure your eco projects align with sustainable goals
  • Share your projects with your local or wider community via noticeboards, local papers,
    radio or other means
  • Update your web page at least once a year (we encourage frequent updates)
