The Organic Federation of Australia (OFA) is working together with other sector organisations to promote organic food and farming by holding Organic Fortnight Australia.

'Autumn is the time when most countries hold their organic harvest festivals. This is our celebration of the wonderful diversity of organic foods and farming systems.' OFA Director Jude Blereau said.

Organic Fortnight Australia will feature numerous organic events. Some of the highlights include:

• The International Symposium on Compost Use and Organic Matter in Horticulture, Sun 3 to Thurs 7 April, 2011 Adelaide SA. This conference features some of the world's leading experts on the subject.
