Held December 3, 2010, this unique event is a series of continuous learning experiences that will fast track your understanding of leadership, team dynamics and team effectiveness.

Drawing on 25 years experience of facilitating high impact team development and leadership programs, they have designed an innovative event that will challenge, exhilarate and equip you to deal with whatever the future brings.

In keeping with minimising the environmental impact of this event, the 32 Hour Challenge will be audited and made carbon neutral through a recognised offset provider. One of the key challenges participants will be undertaking is a creative "Eco Challenge". It will be designed by the convenors in conjunction with Eco Voice and encompass the concepts of triple bottom line initiatives and sustainability.
